INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Soak the prongs in cold water for a few minutes before each use
2. Add your matcha powder then add hot water ~175f and whisk briskly in an “M” shape until frothy
3. Wash under cold water, gently rub the prongs to remove powder, pat dry then air dry

CARE

Rinse with cold water and gently rub the tines to remove any residual powder. Gently pat the whisk dry and place tine-side down on a clean surface to finish drying before returning to the plastic case or matcha stand.
