I've always been a big proponent of setting your future self up to succeed. Your daily cup might seem like a small thing, but habits add up over time. The secret to to your success is in your daily routine.
My friends used to tease me for always mixing together new tea concoctions, joking that I should just make my own proprietary blends. Well...here we are!
Coffee made me jittery and exacerbated my anxiety. It also made it harder for me to fall and stay asleep at night.
I made a gradual transition from coffee to tea, and never looked back. Tea gives me focused attention without the negative effects.

In my younger days, I was obsessed with Coke. At some point I found out how high fructose corn syrup was bad for you, so I switched to the other alternatives such as Diet Coke and Coke Zero. I then realized that those were pretty bad too. It was time to kick this habit and embrace a healthier alternative. I discovered the many different tea blends out there, and they were just as tasty as soda. I started drinking tea in all forms - from earl grey to chai tea to rooibos. I eventually cut soda entirely have never craved it since.
